Role Summary

Perbi Paradigms seeks a dynamic and creative Social Media and News Channel Intern to manage our social media platforms and news channels. We are looking for a person with passion for social media, digital marketing, communications and current affairs. The ideal candidate should  be talented, news-savvy and have a knack for spotting and sharing breaking stories—all the while being highly engaged and fluent in the language of social media.

What You will Do:

  1. Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  2. Create engaging content and posts for social media.
  3. Assist in curating news and updates for our news channels.
  4. Help with strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  5. Collaborate with our team to improve our digital presence.

Role Summary

Perbi Paradigms is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and lead strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and market gaps to drive significant revenue growth and foster enduring client relationships. In addition, s/he will develop and implement strategies aligned with our business objectives to ensure sustained success. This role calls for a strategic thinker with extensive business development expertise and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop for Perbi Paradigms, business development strategy aimed at financial growth.

  • Create, implement, and oversee a comprehensive business strategy focused on growth and high customer satisfaction.

  • Build and expand a strong network of contacts to attract new clients and business opportunities.

  • Arrange and lead business development meetings with potential clients to explore new opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and oversee growth prospects.

  • Develop sales projections and revenue forecasts in line with projected income.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Leverage digital technologies to enhance the execution of sales and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Provide detailed, trustworthy feedback and post-sales reports to management for review.

  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, focusing on pricing, presentation, and promotional strategies, and report findings to management.

Competencies

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related background. An advanced degree will be advantageous. A minimum of five years work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role

  • In-depth working knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices.

  • Workable knowledge in strategic and project management.

  • Ability to plan and organise service delivery presentations to clients.

  • Strong analytical ability and competence to interpret and utilise marketing data.

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Good collaboration skills in working with creative and remote teams.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Resilient and good critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
